EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at chantaefechtner@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: Custom or made-to-order pieces may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c). If your table was made to your specifications, this exemption may apply — we will always communicate this clearly before purchase.

All Customers

Because each table is a one-of-a-kind handcrafted piece, we inspect every item carefully before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at chantaefechtner@gmail.com with photos and we will make it right.

We do not accept returns on undamaged items outside the EU withdrawal window, given the nature of our handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces.
